I'm still stressed about school at this point and haven't had time to get excited about Zambia yet, but when it gets closer and I don't have papers to write and exams to study for and clothes to pack up then I'll be able to get excited about Zambia.

I wish I could snap my fingers and get there though. 18 hours in the same plane!!! I get antsy just riding the 3 1/2 hours to your house. I can't even get my head around 18 hrs! But I'm excited about when we get there. There are a total of 11 of us going. 9 girls and two female profs. I wish we had some guys going (to help even out some of the estrogen) but oh well. We're going to be working with 40 kids in the morning and 40 in the afternoon... Basically doing like a summer school kind of thing... Teaching them English and singing songs, playing games, practicing writing, acting out skits. We'll be visiting schools, shopping at the markets, visiting local homes, going to local churches, field trip to see Victoria Falls and maybe going on a game drive to see the animals toward the end. It's just three weeks so it's going to go fast. Then I'll be back home before I know it, starting my summer job (summer cohesion again) and maybe working at a restaurant, and taking twoish online classes, (gen eds to get them out of the way so I can graduate on time). Then it's back to school for my last year, student teaching my fall semester and then finishing up extra classes my last semester.

praise the Lord, the little boy is at his grandparents (an hour and a half away) till Sunday!!!  It's sooo nice here without him. 

Subway still hasn't called back.  (after the SECOND interview)

29 little 9 and 10 year olds... that's a lot!... for 6 hours five days a week.
